There may be a slight flicker when battery reaches 10.8-10.9V. It may or may not be noticeable when riding.
Recommended battery voltage is between 12V and 24V. Light will work effectively off 11.1V but refer to note 1

Helmet Mount
Utilises the HIDTechnologies proven design.
Attaches to helmet with self adhesive velcro strips.
There is an extra velcro strap which is threaded through the helmet vents and tightened.
It is fully adjustable.

Warning

The light head gets very hot when placed on a bench without adequate air flow.
Do not bench test without a fan running.
Units are thermally regulated to 60^oC.
While riding the unit should be around 20-40^oC.
For the above reason, ALWAYS disconnect
battery from the Light Head before being packed
away into a bag or a box.
